Keep your number
When you become a customer with Trøndermobil, you can keep your existing mobile number. We make sure your number is transferred from your current provider – completely automatically.
How it works
Order a subscription from Trøndermobil, either on our website here (https://www.trøndermobil.no/bestill-mobilabonnement/), or by contacting customer service (https://www.trøndermobil.no/kontakt-oss/).
You choose the subscription you want and give the mobile number you want to bring with you
We cancel for you
You don't need to contact your old operator – we handle the cancellation when the number is transferred.
You get a new SIM card from us
The SIM card is sent to you by post
Transfer date is set
We send you an SMS with the date and time when your number is moved over to Trøndermobil
Change SIM card on the transfer day
On the date and time the number is moved, you insert the Trøndermobil SIM – and you're all set!
Important to know
- Number transfer usually takes 3–5 working days
- You can use your old SIM card right up until the transfer happens
- If you are in a contract period with your current operator, an early termination fee may apply
