When will I get my first invoice?
The first invoice is sent out on the 1st of the month after you became a customer.
The standard due date is 14 days after the invoice is sent.
Example:
If you become a customer on 10 November, you will receive your first invoice on 1 December, due on 15 December.
What does the first invoice include?
The first invoice covers more than one month and includes:
From the day you became a customer until the end of that month, plus the whole following month.
Let's take an example
If you became a customer on 10 November, the first invoice covers the period 11-30 November plus all of December.
After this, you only pay for one month at a time.
