What is Trøndermobil?
An independent mobile operator from Trøndelag. Good prices, full Telenor coverage and personal customer service with local roots.
Which mobile network does Trøndermobil use?
With us you get full Telenor coverage on 4G and 5G.
Can I keep my mobile number?
Yes. When you order, bring the number from the operator you have today. If you'd rather have a new number, it costs 99 kr.
Does Trøndermobil offer family subscriptions?
Yes. You gather your family's subscriptions in one place, manage them together and get one shared invoice.
Does Trøndermobil offer data SIM and twin SIM?
Yes. It costs 38 kr/month on subscriptions with 1–20 GB data, and 78 kr/month on Fri Data and Fri Data+.
Does Trøndermobil offer eSIM?
Not yet. eSIM arrives early in 2027.
How does the invoice work?
The invoice is sent on the 6th of each month, due on the 20th. If you activate the subscription between the 1st and the 20th, you pay the full monthly price the first month. From the 21st onwards you pay half price.
Can I pay by eFaktura or AvtaleGiro?
Yes, you choose between eFaktura and AvtaleGiro.
Can I pay for services through my mobile bill?
Yes, through Strex. For example cinema tickets, newspaper subscriptions and other services that offer payment with Strex.
Can I change my mobile subscription?
Yes, from month to month. Note that saved data (data rollover) is lost when you change subscription.
Does Trøndermobil offer children's subscriptions?
Yes. Many families choose 1–8 GB, which also suits kids' smartwatches. You can block purchases of additional services via Strex.
Does Trøndermobil have data rollover?
Yes. Unused data carries over to next month, up to twice what the subscription includes. Saved data is lost if you change subscription.
Can I buy more data?
Yes, in the app: 1 GB for 79 kr, 3 GB for 129 kr or 5 GB for 199 kr. You can also switch to a subscription with more data.

Not included in the subscription: special numbers, satellite and fees.
Special numbers
Calls to service and special numbers, and purchases of services from others (for example parking, bus tickets or a doctor's appointment), are billed the month after you used them. They are listed together on your invoice.
If you want to see exactly what you have bought or which number you called, log in to Min Side at Strex (strex.no). Trøndermobil does not have that information.
