We understand that it can be surprising if your first invoice is higher than expected. When you become a Trøndermobil customer, the first invoice will cover more than just one month, because payment is made in advance.
Example: If you became a Trøndermobil customer on 10 November, the invoice you receive on 1 December will cover the period from 10 August to 30 November. That is why this first invoice will be a little higher than usual, since it includes one month and 20 days. From the next invoice onwards, you will only pay for one month at a time.
