Where do I find my PIN and PUK codes?
You can find your PIN and PUK code both on Min Side and in the Trøndermobil app.

If your phone has switched off and you can't remember the PIN code for the SIM card, you can still find it in the Trøndermobil app, provided you previously chose "remember me". This also applies after the phone has been turned off, as long as you remember the code or password for the phone.
You can also find your PIN and PUK code on the welcome letter you received when you became a customer, or you can call our customer service.
